Nature of this service
Theta Health is an information and harm reduction directory for psychedelic-assisted therapy in Europe. It does not offer medical services, does not sell or distribute any substance, and does not act as a broker or middleman in any transaction. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform for consumers under Article 14 (1) of the EU Online Dispute Resolution Regulation: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
